By subscribing to our Beginner French Group Classes, you agree to the following terms :

1. Schedule
Classes take place every Monday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Your subscription grants you access to this weekly session.

2. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis. Payments are charged in advance each month to secure your place in the class.

3. Commitment
Your subscription is valid for the selected billing period. Unused classes cannot be carried over or refunded unless stated otherwise below.

4. Missed Classes & Cancellation
If you are unable to attend a class, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• If notice is given on time, you will be offered one 45-minute private lesson to make up for the missed class.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the class will be considered as attended and cannot be rescheduled.

5. Cancellation of Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged.

6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable
